Booking Terms

These terms apply to all enquiries, bookings, payments and arrangements made with Amity Addams.

By enquiring, making a booking payment, transferring funds, or proceeding with a confirmed booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

Booking Payments & Confirmation

A non-refundable booking payment of a minimum of 30% of the agreed fee is required to secure all bookings.

A higher amount may be required for longer experiences, duos, group bookings, touring, Fly Me to You arrangements, bookings involving advance expenses, or at my discretion.

A booking is not confirmed until the required booking payment has been received.

The remaining balance is cash on arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance. If you choose to pay the full booking fee by bank transfer, an additional 10% fee (GST — Good Sex Tax) applies. This must be included in the amount transferred and cleared before we meet.

Cash is king. Cash payments avoid banking delays, holds, reviews and transfer issues. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, any delay, hold, review, processing issue or failure to plan for the required clearance time is your responsibility and risk, not mine.

If you choose to pay the remaining balance by bank transfer, the full amount must be received and cleared before we meet.

Bank transfers may take 24 to 48 hours or longer to process. Bank holds, delays, reviews or processing times are outside of my control.

For this reason, clients paying electronically are encouraged to provide up to three suitable dates or times when enquiring.

All electronically transferred funds are non-refundable, including where banking delays or holds prevent a booking from proceeding on the originally requested date.

Where appropriate, an alternative date may be offered instead.

Payments must only be made using the details and payment references provided.

Payments made using incorrect, mismatched, misleading or inappropriate descriptions, references or account details will not be recognised as payment toward a booking and will instead be treated as a gift.

Fraudulent disputes, reversals, chargebacks or attempts to recover funds already paid will result in the booking being cancelled and no future booking being offered. Any fraudulent activity may also be referred to the relevant payment provider, financial institution or other appropriate third party.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

Booking payments reserve time exclusively for you and compensate for time removed from my availability.

With more than 48 hours’ notice, a booking payment may be transferred once to another mutually suitable date within the following two weeks, subject to availability.

If no suitable date is arranged within that period, the booking payment is forfeited.

With less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking payment is forfeited.

A cancellation within 24 hours, a same-day cancellation, or a no-show means the full agreed booking fee is payable.

If the full cancellation amount is not paid, the outstanding balance may be referred to a third-party debt collection or recovery service. Any reasonable costs associated with recovering the outstanding amount may also be added where permitted.

Any outstanding cancellation amount must be settled before another booking will be considered.

Future bookings may require full payment in advance following a late cancellation, no-show or previous payment issue.

Arriving late does not extend the original booking finish time. Additional time may be offered where I am able to accommodate it, but this is not guaranteed.

If I need to cancel, I will offer another suitable date where possible. If no alternative date suits you, payments made directly to me for that booking will be refunded.

The client is responsible for all expenses arranged or incurred for me in connection with a booking, including accommodation, flights, transport, meals, transfers, venue costs and other agreed travel or booking-related expenses.

Same-Day, Late-Night & Discretion Fees

Same-day booking requests attract an additional $200.

Bookings requested between 10pm and 10am attract an additional $200.

If both conditions apply, both additional fees apply.

Bookings of three hours or more include some time outside of the bedroom.

If your circumstances require an extended booking to remain entirely private with no time spent outside of the room, an additional $500 discretion fee applies.

Additional travel expenses may apply to outcalls, touring and bookings outside my usual hosting area.

Any additional fees will be confirmed before the booking proceeds.

Locations, Touring & Outcalls

Incalls take place at my nominated location.

Outcalls are welcomed to quality hotels.

Residential outcalls may require additional identification, screening and travel expenses.

I regularly travel and may advertise in multiple locations at the same time. It is your responsibility to confirm the correct city, location and dates before making a booking payment.

A booking made for the wrong city, travel period or advertised location remains subject to the usual cancellation terms.

Touring dates may change. Where I cancel or materially change a tour and cannot provide the agreed booking, the cancellation provisions applying to cancellations by me will apply.

Screening & Identification

Screening is required at my discretion and forms part of the booking process.

The level of screening requested may vary depending on the booking, location, duration and circumstances.

Additional verification may be required for residential outcalls, group experiences, touring, longer bookings or where further reassurance is appropriate.

Any identification or information supplied for screening must be genuine and belong to the person making the booking.

Providing false, altered, misleading or incomplete screening information may result in the booking being declined or ended without refund.

Where multiple people are attending a booking, screening or identification may be required from each participant.

Conduct, Comfort & Boundaries

All experiences are subject to mutual comfort, respect and consent.

Nothing discussed in advance guarantees that any particular activity will occur.

Either person may change their mind or withdraw consent at any time.

Disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, unsafe or coercive behaviour will not be tolerated.

A booking may be declined or ended immediately where boundaries are ignored, safety becomes a concern, requested screening proves inaccurate, or behaviour makes continuing the booking inappropriate.

Where a booking is ended because of client conduct, the agreed fee remains payable and no refund will be provided.

Excessive intoxication or impairment may also result in a booking being declined or ended where clear communication, comfort or consent cannot be maintained.

For the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved, I do not provide unprotected or “natural” services. Protection is required at all times for any activity where it is relevant.

Hygiene & Preparation

Good personal hygiene is expected before arrival.

A shower is required before intimacy and may be required on arrival before the booking proceeds.

Everything reasonably required to freshen up before our time together is supplied at the incall location.

Failure to meet reasonable hygiene expectations may result in the booking being shortened, altered or declined.

Longer Experiences & Overnights

Bookings of three hours or more are designed as extended date experiences and include some time outside of the bedroom unless the discretion fee has been agreed.

Overnight bookings include a minimum of seven hours uninterrupted sleep.

Sleep time forms part of the total booked duration.

The structure and pace of longer bookings remain subject to mutual comfort, circumstances and reasonable breaks.

Duos, Couples & Group Bookings

Bookings involving another companion are subject to her availability, boundaries and applicable terms in addition to mine.

A higher booking payment may be required to secure multi-person arrangements.

Where another companion, venue, transport provider or third party requires payment in advance, those amounts may be non-refundable once committed.

For group bookings, all participants must comply with screening, conduct and consent requirements.

The addition of any person not disclosed and agreed to before the booking is not permitted.

I reserve the right to decline or end a group booking if the agreed participants or circumstances materially change.

Filming & Content

Filming is only permitted where expressly agreed in advance.

No recording, photography or filming is permitted during a standard booking without prior approval.

Where filming forms part of an agreed Co-Star or content booking, identification and a signed consent or model release may be required before filming begins.

Content created for personal use must not be uploaded, distributed, sold, exchanged or used commercially unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any content intended for my platforms remains subject to the privacy and usage arrangements agreed before filming.

Privacy & Discretion

Discretion is expected and always returned.

Private correspondence, personal details, accommodation information and identifying details relating to a booking are to remain confidential.

Clients must not publish, distribute or disclose private information identifying my personal location, accommodation, movements or non-public details.

The same expectation of privacy is extended to clients.

Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for booking administration, safety, payment disputes, legal obligations or screening records.

Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to decline an enquiry or booking without providing a detailed reason.

I may also refuse or discontinue future bookings following inappropriate communication, repeated time-wasting, payment issues, breaches of boundaries, dishonesty, unsafe behaviour or previous breaches of these terms.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation for me to accept a booking.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply alongside any additional conditions communicated and agreed for a particular booking.

Where a booking involves travel, another companion, special arrangements or third-party expenses, additional terms may apply.

By enquiring, paying a booking payment, transferring funds or proceeding with an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms.
