Booking Terms

These terms are here to keep everything clear from the beginning.

By making a booking payment or otherwise confirming a date with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms outlined below.

Please read them carefully before securing your booking.

Booking Payments

A non-refundable booking payment of 30% or more is required to secure all dates, depending on the experience.

Longer dates, duos, touring, Fly Me to You arrangements and bookings involving additional planning or expenses may require a higher amount in advance.

A date is not confirmed until the required booking payment has been received and cleared. Until then, availability remains open.

Once payment has cleared and the booking is confirmed, that time in my diary is reserved exclusively for you.

Booking payments are applied toward the agreed booking fee and are not an additional charge.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due as arranged before or at the beginning of our time together.

Cash is preferred unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Where any part of the remaining balance is being paid by bank transfer, the transfer must be made before the appointment and the required funds must have cleared before we meet.

Bank Transfers

Bank transfers can take 24–48 hours or longer to clear depending on the financial institution involved.

Bank processing times, payment holds and delays are outside of my control. Please allow enough time for funds to arrive before our scheduled date.

If the required payment has not cleared in time, the booking may need to be rescheduled or forfeited in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Please ensure all payments are sent to the correct details and referenced correctly.

Mis-sent or incorrectly referenced funds cannot be used to confirm a booking until they can be identified and received.

Booking payments and fees paid by bank transfer are non-refundable under these terms, except where I cancel the booking and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can occasionally change.

With more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking payment may be transferred once to another mutually suitable date within two weeks, subject to availability.

With less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking payment is forfeited.

Booking payments cannot be repeatedly moved between dates.

Any rescheduled date remains subject to my availability and is not guaranteed until we have agreed on the new arrangements.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows require the full agreed appointment fee to be paid.

Where an outstanding amount remains, it will need to be settled before another booking can be considered.

Future bookings following a late cancellation or no-show may require full prepayment.

Touring, Duos & Fly Me to You

Bookings involving touring, Fly Me to You arrangements, another companion, accommodation, transport or other third-party expenses may involve costs committed well before our date.

Any non-refundable travel, accommodation, companion fees or other expenses already incurred or committed remain payable if the booking is cancelled.

Where another companion is involved, her own cancellation and payment requirements may also apply.

Location & Tour Dates

My advertising may appear in several cities, particularly while I’m travelling.

Please check the advertised city, location and dates carefully before securing a booking.

A booking made for the wrong city, tour or date remains subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms.

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to confirm that the requested location and date are correct before payment is made.

Same-Day & Late-Night Requests

My calendar is intentionally planned in advance and short-notice availability is not guaranteed.

Same-day and late-night requests may occasionally be considered where my schedule allows and may attract additional fees.

Same-day and late-night fees are separate considerations and both may apply where relevant.

Longer Dates

Dates of more than three hours include time together outside the room.

This may include dinner, drinks, a show, an event, exploring somewhere new or another activity we decide on together.

Longer bookings are intended to include a balance of social and private time rather than simply extending a shorter private booking.

If discretion or circumstances mean the entire booking needs to remain private and we are unable to leave the room, an additional $500 applies.

Overnight bookings include a minimum of seven hours uninterrupted sleep.

Screening

Screening is discreet and simple.

Basic identity verification is required for most new clients. Additional screening may be requested for residential outcalls, group experiences, touring bookings or where the circumstances require further reassurance.

Information provided for screening is treated discreetly and used for the purpose of confirming a safe and legitimate booking.

A booking may be declined where requested screening cannot be completed.

Conduct & Consent

All experiences are subject to mutual comfort, consent and respectful behaviour.

Nothing discussed or requested in advance is automatically guaranteed. What happens during our time together is always determined by mutual agreement in the moment.

I reserve the right to decline or end a booking if boundaries are ignored, behaviour becomes aggressive, disrespectful or unsafe, or intoxication prevents clear communication and consent.

Where a booking is ended for these reasons, payments already made are not refundable.

Discretion

Discretion is expected and always returned.

Private correspondence, personal information and details that could identify where or when we have met are expected to remain confidential.

I extend the same discretion to everyone I meet.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Making a booking payment confirms acceptance of these booking terms.

Payments made toward a confirmed booking are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions outlined on this page.

Any fraudulent payment dispute, reversal or chargeback may be challenged using relevant booking correspondence, payment records and other supporting information.

Where appropriate, fraudulent disputes may also be raised with the relevant financial institution, payment provider, advertising platform or other appropriate party.

Fraudulent payment activity may result in all future booking requests being declined.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event that I need to cancel, I will first try to arrange another mutually suitable date.

If an alternative cannot be arranged, payments made directly to me for the cancelled booking will be returned.

I am not responsible for third-party expenses unless they were specifically arranged or charged by me.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking payment, paying any part of the agreed fee or proceeding with a confirmed booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms.

If anything is unclear, please ask before making payment.

Once our date is confirmed, I would much rather leave the fine print here and focus on the part we’re both actually looking forward to.
